Konica Minolta offers solutions to diverse industries with laser multi-function printer technology. The challenge the brand encountered online was growing its business with an outdated website that was difficult to navigate. Sphere took the lead on crafting a new experience to help showcase Konica Minolta’s breadth of products as solutions, appealing to the specific industries the brand is able to serve. In particular, we sought to highlight the brand’s multi-function printer capabilities, scanning technologies and other tools a customer would find critical to their workflow.

To improve the connection between customers and the products they need, Sphere organized the online solutions so they were categorized by the greater purposes they serve and the industries they work well for.
By adding industry overviews, educational resources and related products to the different solutions pages, we built a new experience that emphasized what the brand does for users more than what it sells to them.
GETTING SOCIAL
Rethink Digital Fluency.
Sphere laid out and executed multiple social campaigns that would focus on multiple features, the multi-function printer's authentic experience and special offers to reach multiple audiences. Complimented by retargeting efforts, we could ensure our efforts found each customer where they were in their respective journey, then pushed them along to convert. With Facebook’s recent launch of Canvas ads, our creative team conceived and crafted a visually-striking, branded campaign that would stand out on a user's newsfeed.

As a brand that values offering customers industry-leading solutions through the power of technology, it was time they had a digital experience that truly lived up to that brand promise. With greater functionality and more customer-oriented content, the new website combined with a digital and traditional marketing campaigns elevated the user experience and the brand’s mission of connecting people, goods and information.

Rethink Traditional Touch.
Briefed to design and build a unique clients experience, easily transportable to multiple offices and flexible enough to adapt to various spaces, we built modular shelving units behind a facade, which we then installed at the office road show. Provide wonderful experience from features presentation to quiz and gifts for all office workers who will the one, on a daily basis to interact with Konica Minolta the multi-function printer.
3D ANIMATION
Rethink immersive experience.
The heart of the website was the 3D interaction that acted as a world of knowledge visitors could enter freely. Using custom 3D models, we saved room for placeholders so that rooms and products could be rolled out later on. We were able to create interactive animation in the 3D model.
