Powerful branding depends not only on aesthetic features of brand elements but on the details such as message and emotional appeal standing behind it. We believed that we needed something more than just the cool products from kreators to attract the young customers.
Inspired by multiple renowned mascot brands from the source, our design team unleashed their kreative beasts and made something so remarkable. The result? Introducing KAddict Neighbours, a trio of adorable mascots who represents the KAddict name.
The website was obviously our main focus for this project. Its primary goal was to become the place where the target audience comes to seamlessly shop for goods from their beloved kreators. It also serves as an online storefront for the in-house merchandise line. As Sphere is an eCommerce website design company, we cannot help but pour our hearts into developing the best website that anchors our holistic approach to digital marketing. We analyze every step that leads to purchase — from configuring data and payment processing to building out the fulfilment process.
Extending our mascots beyond their own realms, Sphere introduced the 'I Heart Agency Life' LINE Sticker Set to bridge the gap between the company and its clients. KAddict Neighbours had since become the face of Sphere Agency, adding a touch of rainbow to our hard-working weekday.
Curating the brand experience for its young target audience meant offering them a breadth of content that relates to their lifestyle. We let our lovely mascots do the job of communicating with the audience through Korean pop culture and arts & crafts content on the relevant social media platforms; in this case Twitter and Instagram.
We did not stop at getting kreators to sell their products on our platform; we made our products and sold them, too! Our in-house team designed and produced the stationeries, featuring our beloved KAddict Neighbours in different moments of life. Painting the workstation with bright pastel colours.
